Overview:
This oil is naturally rich and balanced in
essential omega 3,6 and 9 fatty acids.
Its delicate meat is also highly prized for
its low-fat content (2-5%) and it is high protein and potassium content.
Emu oil pure was originally used by Australian
aborigines and is now marketed for use in skin and hair care industry.
This product is Refined, which means it’s
going to have a decreased odor and a much lighter color.
The emu mainly known for the exploitation of
its skin, which is made of leather.
Emu fat is also used to make oil which is used
for therapeutic purposes for the treatment of skin problems.

Pure Australian Emu oil contains natural
antioxidants that help promote skin appearance and texture and rebuild skin
elasticity. Close to human sebum, it is one of the most effective oils for

skin. Emu oil pure is recommended for people who have dry or very dry skin or
who want to protect their skin from climatic conditions.
Emu oil pure quickly absorbed by the skin. After

benefits of Pure Australian emu oil are long lasting, even after repetitive
washing of the skin.
Origin
The emu is currently widely distributed
throughout Australia and its populations are considered fairly stable (by the
mid-1980s, its populations were estimated at 625,000-725,000 birds).
How is it made?
The emu fat is removed from the bird, cleaned
and refrigerated after being retrieved from the emu’s remains. There are a lot
of methods used to extract the emu oil but they usually require heating the
fat. The resultant oil is then cleaned and filtered and refined several times
to remove impurities.

Storage

air-tight containers in a cool, dark place, such as the pantry, to maximize
shelf life.
